All my items come with insurance and requires a signature. Shipping is fast, once you see tracking shows (Arrival at destination post) item will be delivered within 7 workings days! If there is a failed attempted delivery, a physical notice will be left, and it is the recipient's responsibility to arrange for pickup or schedule redelivery with your relevant postal up to 30 days before it can be return back to me. All these are the postal policy, and I have no control over it. I have to wait for the parcel to be return back to me then I can either refund back the amount less shipping or I can help to ship back the item, but additional same shipping cost will be needed.
