Payment

• We accept Paypal only.
• To pay with PayPal simply complete the eBay checkout process. Paypal allows you to pay with a credit card, bank account, and many other options.
• Inventory is not reserved until the item has been paid for.
• Please provide a phone number for international shipments as it is required for Customs.

Shipping

• Items will be shipped within 24 Business Hours after confirmed payment.
• Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.  Shipment errors due to a wrong address entered by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges or at all if the shipment is lost.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's Customs about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee/etc. before making your purchase.
• Tracking information will be uploaded directly to eBay for shipments that include tracking.
• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays

Return Policy

Total Liquidators will accept returns for products purchased from us within 7 days from when the buyer receives the item for a refund under the following conditions:

• Only the purchase price of the product is refundable, shipping charges are not refundable.  Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
• If the goods are not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  All new merchandise must be returned sealed in original packaging as received.
• We will have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error (ie. wrong item shipped).
• All damaged item claims, dead on arrival claims & shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
• All exchanges, returns, and claims must be in original factory cartons, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
• Total Lqiuidators will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box and warranty card as well as our internal records.
• Headphones can be only be exchanged if they are defective.  Refunds for headphones will not be issued once the factory seal has been broken.
• Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return.

Manufacturer warranty

• Total Liquidators liquidates new , used, overstock, open-box, returns, shelf-pulls or store display items. We are in no way affiliated with the manufacturer.
• Please be advised the item does not carry any manufacturer warranty, even if sold as new.
