Working principle of cooling fan

1. The water tank temperature sensor (actually a temperature control valve, not a water temperature gauge temperature sensor) detects that the temperature of the water tank exceeds the threshold (usually 95 degrees), the fan relay is activated;

2. The fan circuit is turned on through the fan relay, and the fan motor starts.

3. When the water tank temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the water tank is lower than the threshold, the fan relay is separated and the fan motor stops working.

The factor that affects the operation of the fan is the temperature of the water tank, which has no direct relationship with the water temperature of the engine.

Reasons for continuous burning of automobile cooling fan resistance
1. Compressor or control circuit is short-circuited. Caused by failure of condenser motor, compressor electromagnetic clutch, and evaporator motor.
2. The fuse of the car cooling fan does not meet the requirements, and the current value is small.
3. There is a short circuit in the air-conditioning system, and the compressor load is too large.
