Ptolemaic Period Egyptian Bovine Bone Thoth Baboon Amulet 304 - 30 BC

This is an excellent Egyptian carved bone amulet in of the god Thoth in baboon form, Ptolemaic period 304 - 30 BC. 

With a suspension loop at the top & presumably the name of the owner in hieroglyphs within a cartouche, the amulet would have been placed within the mummification wrappings. This is a genuine ancient relic & is guaranteed as such.

CONDITION as per images

The overall condition is as you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
