Epson Workforce EcoTank Pro ET-5800 All in One A4 MFP Printer+Duplex Print/Scan (C11CJ30501_R) *RFB*
Please note: Factory refurbished products are unused or have had very little use, except for checking and quality verification by Epson's own service department to ensure they perform properly. EcoTank models the ink tanks have been refilled to full but there are no additional ink bottles shipped with the products. - Our flat rate postage only covers NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC metro area. Please contact us if delivery address is outside the areas above, e.g. NT, WA, TAS, VIC/QLD/NSW regional and remote area.
- All dispatched items are highly recommended to get insurance for their full value for peace of mind.
- If you win/order more than one item and ship together we will discount the shipping on the extra items.
- General handling time is one to three working days

We provide refund or replacement on defective and damaged products, which must be returned in original packaging and same condition as when you received, within 30 days of purchase.

4) A minimum of 20%-50% restocking fee applies.
5) You must bear the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
6) You must confirm the product/s are received and notify us before returning the product/s, the product/s being returned must satisfy all the return requirement stated above.
The initial shipping fee charged, or any outbound postage incurred to ship to the customer will not be refunded or credited.
We reserve the right not to offer an exchange if the above requirements are not met.
Return shipping and costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend customers to send the item back with a tracked service. For high value products, the customer is also advised to use an insured shipping method.
