Per eBay Buy-It-Now policy, immediate payment is required. Package will go out within 24 hours unless it's a weekend or a Federal holiday when the Post Office is closed. Tracking numbers will be provided. Shipping, handling and insurance  (if any) are to be paid by buyer. These fees are fixed and may include insurance on the package if the item is somewhat fragile (i.e., if the box is crushed, the item will be crushed as well), or the item is expensive, or the buyer requests insurance. Unfortunately, charges will include the usual bribe to the government in the form of sales tax.

Yes, I combine shipping. If the items you purchase each have a shipping cost, I will refund you the difference between the actual shipping cost and what you paid for shipping.

I recycle, which means your item may be shipped in a box that says "baby wipes". That does not mean that that's what you're getting. I am simply recycling boxes to keep them out of the landfill.  Reuse, repurpose, recycle. :)
