This pulley is from the Woolrich mill in Woolrich PA. it closed a few years ago.Pulley is wrapped with a piece of leather and is approx.12-1/4" dia. leather 12" iron dia. belt surface is 3-1/4" wide the flange is 1-1/16" high the flange side is 14-1/2" dia. the bore has a worn bushing that needs to be replaced if this is to be used again see pictures.
This is surplus to a now closed factory that kept spare parts on the shelf. The mill still had some of the old parts for some of their old equipment.
