A Superb Antique Chinese Export Tea Caddy Circa 1840 - Qing Dynasty

An approximately 180 year old antique item with plenty of patina from age and use. Condition is as found and sound. It has several small chips, age cracks and wear from handlingto the laquer surface, left hinge loose. The pewter liner is dented and shows many signs of long use but still fits nicely in the caddy outer. The images provided should give good indication as to the condition.
