1972 Disneyland Double Feature Vinyl Record Animal Stories of Aesop VG Best of.  Narrated by STERLING HOLLOWAY.

I'm not a grader by any means,  but I'd say that both the record and the cover are in Very Good (VG) condition.   The record plays through well without any skips,  and the cover looks good.
