"Real" eyelashes (not painted on)

Jointed in the neck, shoulders and hips.

Head of hard plastic.  Hair painted on.

The rest of her is soft plastic.

Says on her "Character", I think.  (I can only see "Hara").

The only brand I can find that includes the letters is "American Character Doll Company", 1919-1968

I'm thinking it may be the Betsy Wetsy doll, but I don't really know.

A little something on the sides of her hand and the back of her hair.

Maybe something had been glued there?

Damage to fingers - a little to one hand, a lot to the other.
