Lots of flags and no snow so this is likely a July Fourth parade. There is a car with three women along the base of the image and the main street remains dirt. Perion name F A Ecker Orting Washington on the back. I found F A Ecker in a 1909 listing for the Conference of Methodist Episcopal Church. It notes he is from Orting. Overall 9 ¾” x 11 ¾”. Very light soiling on the image and mild wear on the mount. See images.
