Focal SM9 Active Studio Monitors (Pair).

Used but in IMMACULATE, PRISTINE condition- LIKE NEW. Have been treated with utmost care and respect.

No marks, scratches etc. ONE OWNER (me). Bought new in 2018 and have been on my Argosy spire stands in my studio ever since. No smoking, no vaping, dust free environment, and always listened to on a low - medium volume level.

These speakers are my pride and passion, I have honestly never heard anything like them. The sound is beautiful, detailed and clear, with an almost 3d level of depth.

Absolutely gutted to have to sell these because I am moving to the States.

COLLECTION from Braintree or delivery (CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASING as will need to figure out delivery costs for this as it is a high value item)- DELIVERY COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN ASKING PRICE.

P.S. If you're considering going for the Trios, check out this Gearspace thread-

I A/B'd the Trios and the SM9 this afternoon and I have to say they're magnificent... And yes again, I'm talking about SM9.

I just really couldn't belive they're miles ahead of Trio6, but that was the situation here..

Trio's are fine speakers no doubt, workable with and all of that, but every single time I switched to them after SM9 was a bit of disappointment.

They sounded scooped in opposition to SM9.. Low end was kind of dull and muddy, but still extended .. It's not that they have more bass, the bass is somehow more upfront but it have some kind of 'plastic' touch compared to the other pair. Much less details in bass spectrum.

I was unsure about passive radiator thing and the level of clarity before the audition, but SM9 just blew me away.

The texture of sound is great. Details, stereo image, everything..

SM9 model is like 30% more expensive, but it sounded much more than 30% better to my ears at least...
