Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree NO. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 2014 no 21 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of (14) fourteen days from the day on which you receive the products, without penalty and without giving reasons. All you need to do is inform us via eBay message of your intention to withdraw from the contract and we will make sure to provide you with all instructions in this regard. Pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Code, you must return the products intact, labelled and in the original packaging (if any) (in a plastic bag or carton depending on the type of item) and enclose the delivery note in the packaging.
Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the time we were notified of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. To receive a refund, the product must be returned intact, unused or damaged.
