This is a Solar-Power Configured Enclosure:

The 12VDC powered FH-S1 series is engineered to protect cameras and lenses installed within normal environmental conditions when powered by a solar electric system. Most camera systems are not optimized for solar power and cause an extreme load on the solar system. Pelco’s solar-powered compatible systems are optimized to prevent this from occurring.

Please note: You can use this enclosure with a PoE camera (no external power required).
