Orientation:
This unit is designed to be used in a upflow or horizontal configuration. These are generally installed in an attic, crawl space, or in a closet on the top floor.

Efficiency:
With an 96% average fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE), 96 cents of every dollar you spend on fuel will be converted into heat for your home. This is the base efficiency. Other models can offer higher efficiency ratings.

Heating Capacity:
This unit is rated at 60k BTU. Please be sure to roughly match your previous equipment. If you need more or less heat in your home than your previous equipment, we encourage you to speak with a specialist

Blower:
This unit has a 9 speed blower. This means that the installation technician will have plenty of options to choose from so that your system will move the proper amount of air through your ductwork based on the size of your home and ductwork.

Burner:
This unit has a two stage burner, meaning that the system will typically run at the lower (70-87.5%) capacity. This leads to longer burning cycles, increased efficiency, better filtration and air quality, and less cycling on and off.

This unit is backed by Goodman's 10 year parts warranty so long as it is installed by a dealer adhering to all applicable federal, state and local codes, policies, and licensing requirements and registered online through Goodman within 60 days of installation.

It is your responsibility at the time of delivery to inspect the merchandise prior to signing for your shipment. If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the delivery until the item is inspected. If it does not pass your inspection, tell the delivery company that you cannot accept it. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the Bill of Lading and refuse the shipment. Once you sign for the package you accept full responsibility. You have up to 48 hours to contact us either by phone or email to let us know if something is damaged.
Even if you do not intend to install your merchandise right away, please be sure to check and make sure it arrived intact otherwise the claim will be up to you and we will not be responsible for the damage. If you wait more than two days, it is hard to know if it was the shipper that caused the damage and we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company.
