☕ Brewing Instructions:
- Amount: Place 1½ – 2 tablespoons (8–10g) of ground coffee onto your coffee filter (paper filter, drip bag, or coffee dripper).
- Bloom (20 sec): Pour a small amount of hot water (150 ml) over the coffee grounds to saturate them, then allow to soak/bloom for 20 seconds.
- Pour: Slowly pour the remaining hot water through the coffee grounds from the center outwards in a circular motion.
- Serving: Delicious served hot or over ice for a refreshing Thai Iced Coffee!
