Build a unique, large warehouse for a dockside, quayside or industrial scene on your OO gauge model railway layout or 1:76 diecast diorama. This "unwrapped kit" is design to give you a headstart when it comes to scratch-building and is supplied as a bare-bones kit, allowing you to choose to add texture to the walls with your own choice of brick paper, stone paper or textured plasticard.

The kit is designed too give you lots of scope for personalisation with the various windows being interchangeable and of varying designs: 4 pane, 6 pane, wooden shuttered and boarded up. The large sliding doors can also be positioned however you choose; fully open, closed or anywhere in between. The windows are also "multi-layered" giving you the option to glaze them and build realistic windows and allow the building interior to be illuminated. Guttering strips and downpipes are also included to enable you to easily take the detail to the next level.

The kit is supplied without roof tiles or slates, again giving you complete freedom to use whichever roof material you prefer such as our LX410-OO Pre-Weathered Slates or LX418-OO Terracotta Tiles. Assembly is straightforward to assemble with pre-cut MDF and laserboard components which can also be easily painted and detailed with acrylic paints.
