Unwanted Items
Can be returned to us within 30 days of your receiving them. They must be returned in the same condition and be returned in original packaging in which they were dispatched. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns slip which you will find on the bottom of your invoice. You should ensure the safe return of your item by packing it carefully and where necessary insuring the item. We also recommend using a signed for means of delivery. Post and packing costs are non refundable.
Faulty, Misdescribed, or Items sent in Error
Should be returned to us and we will be responsible for the shipping costs, providing our instructions (found on your invoice) are followed. Only use special postal services if we have authorised this in writing otherwise we will only reimburse minimum charges. You must complete the returns form to ensure we can efficiently process your return.
