USA DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Prompt shipping to all U.S. locations within 24 hours of payment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We will either use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective.  Tracking is provided when order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

eBay will automatically calculate cost based upon weight and location of the entire order.  eBay will determine what shipping method is best, and which carrier to use.

PAYMENT:

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for  refund. PLEASE NOTE: Due to health regulations, underwear must not be opened and in original packaging in order to be accepted as a return. Returns during the Christmas selling season may be returned until January 25.   Please go through the eBay return process to receive instructions and return label.
