'This set of compact, convenient gauges lets you quickly measure both concave and convex curves.  The gauges are especially useful for checking the various diameters along spindle turnings, but they can also determine dowl diameters or help you choose a router bit for routing cove or bullnose moldings.  When turning spindles to diameter, the gauge will slip over the turning when you have reached the desired diameter.  There is no need to shuffle through a stack of thin metal gauges.'
