Why does my tracking number not work when I try to enter it on the courier website?

>>Courier tracking systems need time for logistical updates. So, your tracking number should work around 1-2 days after you receive it on eBay. If this fails then please contact us for an update.

It has been 2 weeks. Why has my package still not arrived yet?

>>Use your tracking number which you can find on “My eBay - Purchase History” and enter it on the website of your courier. If there have been updates within the past 3 days then please continue to wait. If not then please contact us for an update on your situation.

Please bear in mind that there could be shipping or delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances which are usually beyond our control.

High-end shipping address issue

Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address or work address that you can be available to receive the package and sign for it; furthermore, if a PO Box is used as the shipping address, we reserve the right to ask for a physical address.

Restocking fee charge

>>You can download a copy of your purchase from PayPal as a receipt. Our company does not provide a receipt for purchases. However, if you would like one, you can contact us where we will happily provide you with a receipt.

Does the price include tax?

>>Tax is not included in the selling price, buyer need to provide tax ID and pay customs tax when the item arrive your country border.

I want to return the product. Would I need to pay for shipping costs?

>>If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect then we will bear the shipping costs. If not then you as the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

NB: Our company email address is not used for communication on eBay items. Therefore, you will not receive any response to any emails.
