Aftermarket Alpine SWR-1043D Subwoofer Coil Replacement Kit.

To most car audio guys, it's common knowledge that Alpine does not sell repair parts or kits for their Type R line of subwoofers. This is a custom kit that includes all the needed parts and adhesives to replace a blown voice coil in your Alpine SWR-1043D subwoofer.  These are the exact same parts that we use to do this build in our professional speaker repair facility. You will need to reuse your cone and rubber surround, or order our complete recone kit (Check our store for availability).

**NOTES**

#1 - Kit fits ONLY and specifically the SWR-1043D .
#2 - Speaker will still have the same factory RMS power rating.
#3 - Kit shown in photo is specific to this speaker.
#4 - Kit includes all the adhesives, shims, and wires needed.
#5 - This is NOT a drop-in kit - this is a professional kit.
#6 - Instructions are not included.
#7 - Trimming of the spiders may be required.
#8 - You MUST reuse your CONE & SURROUND, as well as any original terminal ring or spider spacer.

Kit includes:
1 - Dual 4 ohm 2.5" voice coil on anodized aluminum former
2 - Flat Spiders (FS-M x 1 & FS-L x 1)
1 - 6.5" Poly plain black inverted dust cap
1 - Bottle of professional-grade CA Adhesive (For voice coil)
1 - Spray bottle of CA Adhesive Activator
1 - Bottle of professional-grade solvent-based rubber speaker adhesive (For the rest of assembly)
2 - Ft of 3500W subwoofer lead wire (.081" diameter)
2 - Pieces of shrink tube to coat and protect your leads
2 - Tin application brushes
4 - 0.10" Voice coil shims
1 - Springfield Speaker vinyl window sticker.
