Vintage Advertising Ju'Cy Orange Ice Cream Scoop With Bottle Opener. 8" Long.  I believeit is probably from Lebanon, Pennsylvania. All in one tool to make an ice cream soda.  Probably from the 40's.  Shows signs of use for a tool approximately 75 years old but no signs of abuse.
