Shipping:
All items are delivered for FREE within the UK, including Northern Island, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Deliveries outside of the UK are subject to international postage charges. All shipments are sent via tracked and sometimes tracked and signed for delivery, dependant on value.
Products are despatched within 1 working day and our standard free UK service will be delivered within 5 working days. International shipping times may vary.
For non-mainland UK shipments, Buyer is responsible for any import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties

Returns:
If the buyer is dissatisfied with the Product for any reason, we must be informed within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery and the product must be returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of notifying us, for a refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling.
The returned product must be in it's original packaging and in unused good condition. Proof of purchase may be required. We recommend returning items via tracked delivery for which the Buyer is responsible.
No returns / refunds are given on custom orders unless the product is faulty.
