Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

• All Orders placed before 1PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped out the SAME DAY. FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends and national holidays.
• Signature Required delivery will not be processed automatically. Please contact us directly to request a Signature Required delivery.

• Notify VYC Tires, Inc. via eBay message and provide the date of your original purchase, the brand, model and size of the tire, and whether you wish to purchase a replacement tire or obtain a refund.
• We accept Returns within a 90-day period starting from the date of purchase!
• No Restocking Fee will be applied and a Full Refund will be provided if the Item is returned in unused condition.
• If you are unsatisfied for any reason or just changed your mind, contact us for help and a hassle-free formal Free Return!
• Is the Item incorrect, damaged, or in any other way not as described? Contact us for help! We always work with our Buyers to resolve any issue.
• THE 90-DAY RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY, AND NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED, IF WE ARE CONTACTED BY YOU MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER THE TIRE HAS BEEN SHIPPED, OR IF THE TIRE(S) HAS/HAVE BEEN DRIVEN BY THE PURCHASER.
