Q: Do you send from Australia or overseas?

A: We send from Sydney to all locations in Australia via AusPost. Due to recent events, please allow extra time for delivery.

Q: How do I activate the SIM and surf the internet?

A: When checking out the order, please use "Message to Seller" to let us know your Europe / UK arrival date for activation. After landing, just pop your SIM into your device and switch it on, then turn on roaming. Data Roaming must be turned on for this simcard. The network will then text you to let you know they have started activating it.

We recommend that in your phone, you turn off your Australian simcard or removing the Australian simcard to avoid any roaming charged. Alternatively, please ensure all data, calls and sms are going through our sim instead of your Australian simcard.

Q: When will the sim be activated?

A: The sim will be activated at 3am UK Time.

Q: Can I use this sim outside Europe / UK ?

A: Yes it can be used in the listed countries, but the speed is slow outside of Europe / UK.

Q: How does the data limit work?

A: You will have a total limit of 40GB in UK and 6GB in EU and rest of the world (The EU/World 6GB is taken from the UK 40GB). For example, If you have used 34GB in UK, then you will have 6GB for use in EU and all listed destinations, and vice versa.

Q: What is included in the unlimited calls and SMS?

A: UK to UK numbers and European to UK numbers (includes UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03), all UK mobiles and your Three voicemail; excludes all other premium numbers like 09, 101, 118, 082, 084, 087, etc)

European to European numbers (excludes any premium numbers) - Important: Please note the unlimited feature is intended for tourist related brief calls, like calling hotel or booking taxis, it is not intended to make calls that last for hours, otherwise Three will block the sim. Please use Whatsapp or Skype to make long duration calls.

Q: What is not included in the unlimited calls and SMS?

A: UK to overseas numbers, for example, UK to France or UK to Australia are both £1.40/minute. Also premium UK numbers like 09, 101, 118, 082, 084, 087, etc. Or any premium numbers in other countries. Top-up will be required for all these cases.

Q: What will the mobile number be?

A: We will send you an email about the assigned UK mobile number. The network will also text you the UK mobile number once you start using it at destination.

Q: How do I check the balance?

Q: Can the SIM be used as personal hotspot / tethering in mobile?

A: Yes, it can be used as personal hotspot in UK and Europe to share data with other mobiles and tablets.

Q: Can I use this SIM in tablet?

A: Yes, it can be used in tablet.

A: For example, if your Three mobile number is 077-1234-5678, please ask your friends to call +44-77-1234-5678. +44 is the UK international code. Please exclude 0 in front of the mobile. [Note: Free to receive calls]

Q: How can I call my friends back in Australia?

A: For example, if your friend's mobile is 0435-123-321, then please call +61-435-123-321. +61 is the Australian international code. Please exclude 0 in front of the mobile. [Note: £1.40/minute]

Q: How can I call my friends outside of UK?

A: For example, if your friend's mobile in France is 06-8765-4321, then please call +33-6-8765-4321. +33 is the French international code. Please exclude 0 in front of the mobile. [Note: Unlimited calls and SMS from European to European numbers]

Q: Can I call or text from UK/Europe to Australia for free?

A: No, you'll need to top-up, and for call there is a charge of £1.40 per minute, or 25.2p per SMS. Please use Whatsapp or Facebook to call or message back to Australia for free in the included data usage.

Q: What if there is any issue?

A: Please contact us via Ebay message or call 333 [Free] from your sim directly. Please always contact us as soon as you find there is a problem when you are overseas using the sim, we will always try to resolve the problem together. We do not accept return / refund - 1. if you only contact us after you return to Australia. 2. if you have not contacted us and decided that the sim is not working and looked for other solutions.
