Covered are dress uniforms, field uniforms, helmets, tropical and winter gear, boots, and the only in-print descriptions of Women Army Corp uniforms. Before the publication of this work, information on this topic was available only from old U.S. Army Quartermaster Supply catalogs, Phil Katcher's U.S. Army Uniforms: 1941-45, or specialized military uniform periodicals.
