Please take a look at the pictures for condition.  Not bad but it does have a few

minor issues due to it's age. 

Beautiful Silver Embossing on the inside

The cover has a few small stains and minor wear around the edges.

The spine is possibly discolored and has some scrapes on it.

The back cover has very minor wear

There is a stamp on the first blank page

The pages are still attached well with one separation only on the middle of the book.
