Chinese Oolong Loose Leaf Tea
This Oolong Tea originated in the 19th century in Anxi in the Fujian Province of China. It is also known as ‘The Goddess Of Mercy’ and issteeped in history and legend. It’s leaves differ in shades from green to a pale brown and the processing is a complex mix of drying & withering, with a lighter oxidation than our ‘Mì Chá Oolong’. It gives a yellow liquor, with a smooth buttery, lightly floral & slightly toasty Character
Use one teaspoon per person/cup. For the best flavour use freshly drawn& boiled water then cool for 2 minutes Best brewed for 3 to 5 minutes.
