It is fluid-proof, latex free and made of breathable fabric, which gives it a natural look and feel. This duvet is also MRSA-resistant, making it suitable for people with weak immune systems, severe asthmatics, diabetics, young children and the elderly. The Duvet has an impermeable cover and resilient polyester inner fill, so it is not only wipe-clean but comfortable and hygienic. It is also great value for money. It does not need laundering having a simple wipe-clean surface.

When a bed gets wet, protecting the mattress is easy. You can use an Absorbent bed pad or Mattress protector so that a wet bed can be quickly changed. Hygiene problems are avoided as urine never seeps into the mattress, but what about the duvet? If your duvet gets wet, then you will need to wash it, and the chances are that your duvet will not fit in your washing machine drum, so you might have to take it to the launderette. Either way, washing your duvet repeatedly is likely to make it wear out sooner and become less comfortable. At Shellmark Textile Agencies, we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any product, please contact michelleshellmark through eBay messaging during office hours.

If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative provided that the item is unopened and in a resalable condition, if the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened a refund cannot be given, as we would not be able to resell this item to any other customer. Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used.

We do not offer our products on a 'home trial' basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size to fit your bed, pillow or wedge (opened items will not be accepted for return if you ordered the wrong size in the first place). If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs.

If you just change your mind or decide that the item is no longer what you require then you can return the unopened item to us for a refund. We do not refund the return postage costs or the original postage costs, just the item cost.
