One vintage Wendy Bellisimo (a division of Freddie's Daisy, Inc., Los Angeles, CA) "baby n' kids" blanket / security blanket.  Label with signature tagline:  "where it's always warm and cuddly".  Baseball theme with retro action illustrations.  Patchwork design on front, with two sections consisting of solid color muted red/maroon and green cotton chenille fabric, and two sections consisting of gray cotton fabric showing baseball action scenes, with spell-out titles (i.e., "Strike", "Baseball", "Double Play" and "Homerun").  All baseball action scene illustrations have sharp, bright colors (no fading).   Solid ivory/off-white cotton flannel fabric on back.  Blue cotton fabric edging border.  100% cotton.  Made in U.S.A.

Excellent pre-owned condition.  Odor-free.  Very soft.  No dry rot.  No stains, spots, tears, rips or holes.  Some of the white threads from the back are visible in the red cotton chenille fabric section.  Gently used.  Very clean.  Has been recently laundered.  Ready for immediate use!

Very special, finely made vintage baby / security blanket.  Ultra-rare, very difficult to find design with fantastic, retro baseball action illustrations.  Amazing condition!
