Carburetor is factory new old stock and will show signs of shelf age including metal patina, metal stains, scuffs and very slight fine rust none of which effects use as new equipment.  The factory box may also have scuffing or very light tears.  Photos are stock photos of a different carburetor than you will recieve  The carburetor you will receive will be in similar condition.
