This is a beautiful true vintage Patsy Seddon for Phase Eight dress, which dates from the 1980s. Marked as a 16, this will fit a modern UK 12. It has been worn, and shows very minor wear as pictured, but is still in good condition. This is a pull on design, with a strappy sequinned bodice and maxi length skirt which has a tapework ribbon pattern. Gorgeous for a party at this time of year.
