of the same item: Buyer MUST wait for an invoice BEFORE paying to get correct

would like a custom quote. In addition, shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, and custom
broker fees and charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please
check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

When we ship:
We ship daily with the exception of weekends and Holidays. Items
are professionally Packed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is
received. We are proud
of our ability to provide same day shipping for no extra cost for orders
placed before 12:00 pm PST Pacific Standard Time. Our dedicated
Technical Engineers and Shipping Department take care to "triple-verify"
your order is "as-described", packaged safely and securely to minimize
potential damage.
We pack everything professionally to minimize the
chance of damage to the products we ship.
For larger equipment that requires palletization we
normally will require an additional 24 hours for packing. We pride
ourselves on quality packaging and it takes time to build custom
pallets. If you have any special requests just let us know and we will
pack it the way you want it.

Local Pickup:
There is no local pickup fee. (Please note in compliance with state laws
sales tax will apply, on local pickups.)
Handling/Packaging Fee: Obviously, we have time and
expense in packing. Each item will have its own individual
handling charges. Please check the costs under shipping charges before

Shipping and Handling Cost; Domestic :( Lower 48 states and DC): Fed

Shipment: Accepted if the items can be combined. Buyer MUST contact us before hand.
Rush Delivery:
Any request for faster shipping and delivery must be received at before 12:00
pm CST cutoff for that days shipping and will be the responsibility of the

Returns:
If item is not as
described return for full refund.
Items Damaged in
shipping MUST have photo evidence for return to be processed. This is so we can file a claim with the
carrier.

compatibility! Return warranty does NOT cover
wrong fit, incompatibility, buyer’s remorse, buyer tampering, dis-assembly,
or anything else. Return policy ONLY covers functionality of
item or items.

Regardless of the condition and working status of the item: Buyer
takes full responsibility of purchasing an "AS-IS" item and no Return or Refund is
accepted. Seller assumes no responsibility for the
proper or improper use of the product. If the item is to be used in
conjunction with patient care and/or diagnosis, it is the sole responsibility
of the buyer to get proper certifications/licenses for the use of the item.
Cancellation /
Returns: If you change your mind for any reasons like wrong bids, emergency
cases, incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a 20% restocking
fee to cover the costs of listing on eBay, labor and devaluation upon
mutual agreement for returning the item and a positive feedback should be left
before we cancel the purchase.
Freight Damages:
If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box
is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you MUST keep the
package, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with carrier, AND
request them to inspect the package.
Note: A refund
will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.
