The Hayward Vari-Flo Multiport DE Filter Valve SP0715XR50 is a quality-made replacement valve for Hayward Pro Grid DE filters. It installs into 2" plumbing.

Featuring six positions, including Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Waste, Closed, and Recirculate that maximize normal filtration and flow reversal for enhanced performance.

Installation Instructions:

• Ensure the multiport valve is compatible with your pool filter
• Turn Off the Pump & Drain the System - Before starting, ensure the pool pump is off and drain any water from the filter system to prevent leaks.
• Remove the Old Valve - Disconnect the plumbing lines and unscrew the unions attaching the old valve to the filter.
• Install the New Valve - Secure the new valve onto the filter, reconnect the plumbing, and ensure all connections are tight.
• Test the System - Turn the pump back on, check for leaks, and ensure the valve is functioning correctly.
