I don't know very much about Danish silver.  Feel free to correct me if I am wrong about anything.

This listing is for a silver-handled cheese server in what may be Herregaard pattern by Cohr.  This is not quite sterling, it is 830/1000 parts silver instead of 925/1000 parts silver (sterling).  The three tower symbol shows that it is Danish silver.

This server is just slightly bent to one side.  The handle is probably hollow but I don't see any dents.  No monograms.
