Tested and works with batteries (not included) and also has a plug port for a 12v plug (not included) and it works well. Shows some signs of age and use but overall great  shape. The on off switch is a bit testy works perfect on low but with high you have to move the switch up and down then will work great. It doesn’t happen every time but it’s still note worthy probable just needs a good cleaning.
