*While the vast majority of delivery times to all locations is 2-7 business days, For WA, NT and Rural addresses, postage may take up to 10 business days.

All deliveries are handled by either Australia Post Or Courier. All Parcels are sent Signature NOT Required as standard, for your convenience, and will be left in a safe place, where possible. If you require your Parcel with Signature Required, please leave a note in the checkout, or send us a message requesting this immediately following your purchase. 

If you have a delivery company preference (Australia Post or Courier), please advise at time of purchase. We will attempt to fulfil all service preferences, however, preference is subject to product size and delivery location.

As all deliveries are handled by Australia Post and Couriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please use the above as an estimation for delivery and note that eBay's estimate delivery times are an estimation.

If your purchase gets returned to us, it will be processed as per our Returns policy.

Please ensure you enter and select your correct delivery address during Check Out, as Switch Boss cannot be liable for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

In cases of an incorrectly supplied address/delivery information:

• Prior to Dispatch: We may be able to update your order with the correct delivery information, or cancel your order so you can place a new order with the correct delivery information. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• Post-Dispatch: We cannot change the delivery address once a letter/parcel has been dispatched. We recommended contacting/organizing pick up from the supplied delivery address. If your purchase gets returned to us, it will be processed as per our Returns policy.

If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund. To see if you are eligible please check below:

We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it, and the reason why. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification.

- The item must be returned in original re-salable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)

- The item/s are NOT opened, uséd, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back 

- That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

- The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us in original and re-salable condition.

- If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.

- The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, it will be processed with our original postage cost deducted - $2.20 for Untracked Items, $8.95 for Tracked Parcels <1kg, $12 for parcels >1kg and Express Post items.

- If only partial orders are returned (i.e. 1 item from an order of 3), a 20% restocking fee will apply to each returned item, to cover our fees and charges involved with the sale of the item, and labour for the testing and restocking once received.

- Switch Boss will not accept/process the return of any item/s without prior contact and approval to send back the items.

- All returns postage charges must be covered by the buyer. Switch Boss does not supply or cover any return post charges.

- Any return postage charges incurred by Switch Boss on receipt will be deducted from the refund amount, following any restocking fee first incurred. We do not accept Cash On Delivery post.

- All items returned to us due to non-delivery (non-collection, no response, invalid delivery address) will be processed with our original postage cost deducted - $2.20 for Untracked Items, $8.95 for parcels <1kg, $12 for parcels >1kg and Express Post items

- Warranty Claim Period: All eBay listings will contain a Warranty Period listed in the item specifics. Time is based on receipt of item, based on an estimate of 7 business days for delivery following purchase date.

 - Warranty Claims: To process a warranty claim, please Contact Us. If purchase has been made outside of 30 Days of first contact regarding a Warranty Claim, the item must be returned to us for inspection and testing.
