- We are not responsible for any illegal issues that are caused by the improper usage of our products. Please verify with your local and/or state law enforcement before playing your order.
- Our products requires professional installation and we are not held responsible for installation of the product. If the product is damage through installation, we are not held responsible for refunds.
- When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.
- You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition (we do not pay for return shipping.) After we have received the package and the item is in a resalable condition, a full refund will be issued.
- All returns, cancellation shipping, and handling fees of all orders are non-refundable.
- No returns will be accepted if you contacted us after 30 days of receiving the item
- Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via eBay message, please include item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason.
