This is a repair service for the ECB processor card from the Bose Wave AWRCC 1 to 7

It is 99% guaranteed to fix the constantly repeated 'Please Wait' message, CD Stutter/ Ticking/Clicking or prolonged warm up periods after the machine has been disconnected from the electricity supply.

Just send me the Processor Control Card Part Number 291428-001 or 269837-001 from inside the Bose Wave Player I will check it, and if faulty, repair it to a guaranteed fully functioning card.

Please note:

You have to arrange and pay for shipping the Processor Card to me (or you can drop in to me in Bracknell).

The card has to be repairable, no components missing or Ribbon Cable Connectors Missing or Broken...

If you are new to CD Players there are a couple of things to note:

Not all of your CDs may play or play completely because:

1. It may be damaged which you can't see with your naked eye

2. The CD may be a poor pressing

3. It may be generally poor quality (i.e. from a newspaper)

4. It may have a film of grease or dust over the disc (try cleaning it)

5. CDs with more than 20 tracks can be troublesome.

When removing the card be very careful when detaching the Ribbon Cables as they can pull the Ribbon Cable Connector away from the Printed Circuit Board. Hold the connector with one hand whilst pulling the cable with the other.
