Bonda Wood Fill Repair Filler Rapid Hardener Smooth Two Part
Bonda Wood fill is a superb two component rapid hardening filler for wood.
The fine particle size provides a dense smooth surface.
Bonda wood fill hardens with non-tack surface that is easy to sand with minimal paper clogging.
Does not slump on application and is ideal for filling shallow and deeper imperfections on wood.
Also for skim coating and grain filling.
Can be used for building up damage edges on joinery, filling shakes and splits in wood.
It can be sanded, drilled, filed and machined when hard. can be primed and painted using normal paints.
Can be used for making permanent repairs to rotted wood such as window and door frames.
Ensure all rotten wood removed.
Comes with Hardener and spreader.

Available in Oak, Light Oak, Teak, Mahogany, Beech, Redwood, White, Pine, Ash and Ebony.
Usage Instructions: Preparation: Should be applied onto a clean and dry substrate.
Application: Mix the filler with the hardener on a non-porous surface using an amount of filler the size of a golf ball to a pea-sized ball of hardener as the mixing ratio.
Mix thoroughly until an even colour is obtained.
Do not prepare more than is required as any excess will be unusable after 10 mins.
Curing Time: 30 mins – 1 hr depending on temperature and humidity.
Re-coating Time: Once fully cured and after sanding back, most paints can be applied.
Application Temp: Ideally 15-25°C, but do not use below 10°C.
Shelf-life/Storage: 18 months if stored under the recommended conditions.
Store in cool and dry place below 25°C.
Hazards: Harmful by inhalation. Contains Styrene. Do not breathe vapours.
Wear suitable protective gloves and eye/face protection.
Clean-Up: All tools must be cleaned immediately after use with Rustins Cellulose Thinners before product sets hard.
