1. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price. Please include a brief explanation of what is wrong with the item.

2. We will credit your Paypal account, or replace the product, if you prefer.

3. All returns must be received in the complete and original packaging with all included accessories and complete documentation (copy of e-bay sales receipt).

4. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, use or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the exact same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by USA Fireplace for the delivery of your merchandise, will be deducted from your credit or refund.

6. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

7. Please contact us for complete instructions before returning any items. Returned merchandise received without prior return arrangements will be refused.
