Outwell have released a 15 metre mains cable complete with dual RCD (Residual Current Device) and MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) Protection to keep you safe, when on your camping adventures. The mains connection, compatible with standard site posts, provides three UK sockets for ample connections to keep all your essential appliances powered.

Built in USB and Light

The Mensa Mains 3 Way Roller Kit has the added benefit of twin USB ports for phone and tablet charging. In addition to this, the roller hook up kit comes complete with a 74-LED light, useful for adding light to your tent, awning or canopy. A 1-LED night light also provides low ambient light should it be needed for camping in the evenings.

Practical and easily transportable

Encased in a tough roll up reel, the Outwell Mensa Roller Hook Up Kit is easy to transport while camping. When rolled up, the 15m cable is safely stored to prevent trips or damage.

Delivery Costs

Delivery on most of our products is completely free to the mainland UK.

Scottish Highlands and Islands (FK17-99, KW1-17, G63, G82-onwards, IV1-28, IV33-39, PA21-33, AB, PA35-40, PH1-onwards). The Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. SA, TR, PL, PO, TQ, EX, E and EC.

Delivery to these locations is subject to additional surcharges, we make every effort to make the surcharges as reasonable as possible. Please contact us for more information regarding this.

Time Frame

Most deliveries take place between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We cannot give time slots.

Damages

Please check the contents of your order. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us through ebay messaging service and attach images for a quick resolution.

Booking fitters and engineers

Please do not book engineers until you are in receipt of the goods. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred if goods arrive late, damaged or missing parts.

Re-delivery charges

In situations where delivery has failed 2 times due to you not being present to take delivery of the goods a re-delivery charge may apply. This will be at the choice of both us as the vendor and the courier depending on circumstances.

Customers have 30 days to return goods for refund.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, please open a ‘returns request. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods within 30 days of the date of purchase. Goods must be new, unused and in resaleable condition.

Goods arriving to our warehouse in non-resalable condition or damaged will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%.

Palletised and heavy items

Contact us for a quote on the return of heavy or palletised items.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges on returned items. Customers will need to place a new order for the correct item.

Incorrect Item Delivery

In the event of a mis-pick please contact us directly to resolve the issue. Opening a case with eBay or a payment dispute will take longer to settle.
