Terms and condition of sale
Payment must be made within 72 hours of your ebay listing purchase We test fit every part before shipping to check the fitment quality. So
we are positive all our parts fit correctly. If for some reason you have a
problem with the fitment of a part we have sold you , we will require several
high quality pictures of the problem …. It is not acceptable to just inform us
of a problem and not to show any proof.If we have sold a product several times
before with no problems and have installed it ourselves also with no problems
and you contact us saying the product doesn’t fit we will assume you are not
using a qualified or competent fitter. Every product we sell must be fitted by
a trained professional in car mechanics or car body repair depending on the
product. If it is a body part the trained professional should have experience
with fiberglass and or carbon fiber.
All body parts must be test fitted prior to painting or preparation for
painting.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe
shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs
of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed
and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched
as soon as possible (normally within 3 days). International shipping may be subject
to import duties or other taxes. We only accept returns if the product has been wrongly shipped to you or
is not as described.
In either of these very rare cases , it is not suitable for us to collect the
part from you so you will be required to ship the part back to us and we will
refund you the pre agreed shipping cost.
Any parts damaged in transit or not as described MUST be reported within 24
hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind , no longer need to part
or the part was not exactly what you wanted or any other reasons. We put a lot
of time into our listings to give you all the information required for you to
make an informed purchase. The reason we do not accept returns for the
above reasons is because we have incurred costs in packing and shipping the part
you have purchased and cannot be expected to just absorb this cost as you
‘’didn’t need to part anymore’’ Due to some of our packages being large as some of our parts are large
it is not suitable to collect any of these parts. If you have a legitimate return
reason you ( the buyer ) needs to arrange return of the item.
We warrant and represent that the goods are as described in
the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied
warranties of title, merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose
and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that
any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or
use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare
event that you have a problem with your item please contact us
and we'll be happy to help.
·Please track your item every two days
to make sure there is not a problem with the shipping agent in your country. ·As it is not suitable or best practice
for our company to contact shipping companies outside of our country ( Ireland
) , as the consumer you will be expected to contact the shipping agent in your
country to discuss / resolve any delivery problems. We will supply the shipping
agents name when we give you the tracking number for your item. ·If you do not contact the shipping
agent or refuse the parcel and the parcel is returned to us with no fault of
ours and you require a refund we will remove the cost of shipping and packaging
of the item from the refund amount. If you still want the item we can re-ship
it but we will need to charge you an additional shipping cost.
These are our terms of sale , if you purchase a product from us you are
agreeing to our terms of sale which will be strictly enforced.
We aim to ship all parts within 3 working days of your order if there is
going to be an issue and the item will be delayed we will contact you to
