Returns

All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new"condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

Please remember to email us which warehouse to send the item back before return. And all returns must be shipped back in their original factory packaging.

Shipping damage is any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. We purchase full insurance for this, however the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Warranty

All items have 1 year warranty, if the items are defective; please inform us with 10 days after you get the package.
Before replace or return ,buyer should submit proof to us by pics if possible.
The returned goods must be in there original status, so we can qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
