All orders are dispatched Fast and Free within 3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public/Bank Holidays). We use Royal Mail and other couriers for our orders depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

Please note that orders may be dispatched same day if order is placed before 2pm. Delivery times are usually 3 - 5 working days, however at peak times delivery may take longer. In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact us to sort out the matter.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once dispatched.

We will accept returns up to 30 days from when item is received.

Please allow 3 days to process the return.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
