A delightful detached cottage perfect for detailing a quiet village scene or the outskirts of a town. Percival cottage will look at home on any 1:76 diecast diorama or OO gauge model railway, with lots of scope for kit-bashing too. It's a nicely detailed kit with a choice of weathered & pristine finishes, glazed windows, weathered roof tiles, guttering & downpipes. Plus the ability to add internal lighting to the upper, lower and rear sections.

The kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly and is supplied with a choice of white rended & stone or white render & red brick finishes, both with and without weathering. Pre-weathered terracotta roof tiles give the roof a prototypical finish with no additional painting or weathering needed.

Doors, window frames, guttering, downpipes and chimney tops require painting before the kit is assembled which can be done with solvent or acrylic based paints. We actually used a black Sharpie to colour the downpipes on our prototype and it works a treat.
