These clips are superior to the 1.3mm galvanized steel clips which can rust and are probably the reason you are looking to replace some clips anyway. Almost every greenhouse we have refurbished has had rusted clips, especially in the roof, with the exception of old Elite greenhouses we have dismantled. These clips will last the life of your greenhouse.

We have used these clips in many greenhouses with no trouble, if your greenhouse originally had extra long clips for deep glazing bars however you will be best contacting the original manufacturer for their own clips. For guidance these clips are designed for Elite Greenhouses whose glass sits around 1/2" (13mm) below the lip of the glazing bar, if the measurement from the outside of the glass to the inside of the lip is significantly more, these will not be suitable. If you look at the picture of the clip in place on the green greenhouse it is clear where the measurement needs to be taken from.
