Shipping:

Your order will be shipped out within one business day of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it within 1-6 business days (Monday-Friday). Due to our bulk shipments UPS may not always perform an initial scan so the tracking updates may be delayed while the item is still in transit.

Shipping is via UPS for Canada and United States.

Due to recent changes in import regulations, packages shipped from Canada to the U.S. may now be subject to customs duties/import taxes/brokerage fees. Charges may vary based on your location and the value of your order. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees. Returns:

Returns are permitted on all new items within 60 days of delivery. All items must be unused and in its original packaging. All original hardware must be included in the package. Returns will be denied if any modification have been made to our product. Please be advised that YOU MUST UPLOAD THE TRACKING NUMBER to eBay's return request in order to get your money back.

To avoid any penalties, please contact us as soon as a problem arises. - We do not accept COD packages or FEDEX. - You MUST state on the returning document that the item is being returned back to seller for customs clearance purpose. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges, taxes, and/or duties. We take pride in customer satisfaction and that?s why our products come with a 100% fitment guarantee. Return shipping will be on the customer if ordered by mistake or ordered the wrong part. Please check with a licensed mechanic for the part you need before ordering.

Warranty

All our catalytic converters come with a 5 year or 50000 miles warranty for the converter body and the end pipes. First Choice Exhausts warrants that all our catalytic converters are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our converters have been designed and manufactured to meet state and federal emission requirements when the vehicle is properly maintained (excluding California). Our warranty is void if our converters weren't installed by a licensed auto technician. Also, if the catalytic converter is not properly installed on the vehicle for which its designed for. It is also void if the catalytic converter has been altered or repaired or damaged by negligence, accident or mishandling.

First Choice Exhausts assumes no lability for catalytic converter failures related to engines not operating within its original specs or vehicles with modified exhaust systems.

For the Warranty to be honored, you must provide:

Return the part with proof of purchase;
Reports of the failure from a licensed auto mechanic.
Proof of O2 sensors being replaced;
Diagnostic report and repair proof from the original cause of the first converter failure ;
Picture of the emissions tag that is placed under the hood of the vehicle.
