Up for grabs is a vintage Dell Book from 1947.  It is a short story reprinted from the American Magazine.  It is signed by the author.  I have no paperwork or COA.  It does match other signatures I have seen from him.  It is from an estate.  It is in used condition with some wear and tear.  There is a water stain in the corner and some wear to the cover and binding.  Overall it is not in terrible shape for a book of its age and use.  It will make a good addition to your collection.   I took lots of pictures to show the condition of the items.  Please see the pictures.  I combine shipping by weight on multiple items to save on shipping cost.  I do it by weight to save as much on shipping as possible.  Auction must be paid within 7 days of auction end or I will relist items.  Feel free to ask questions and check out my other eBay listings.
